International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA)
The International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) is a world-wide trade association for the professional cleaning industry with over 5,500 distributor, manufacturer, building service contractor, and in-house service provider members that are certified with reaching the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).
CIMS is the first consensus-based management standard that outlines the primary characteristics of a successful, quality cleaning organization. CIMS is more than just a way for cleaning organizations to set themselves and their green cleaning operations apart in the marketplace. CIMS certifications differentiates an organization from the competition by demonstrating their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, improves the organization’s overall operations, and saves money for both the organization and its customers.
AAK Distribution BV. is also a certified CIMS Expert (CIMS-I.C.E) and CIMS Green Building Expert (CIMS-GB). These certifications further allow us to deliver quality, customer-focused services and ensures our organization is capable of delivering a comprehensive green cleaning program based on LEED: EB O&M green-cleaning criteria.
Paper Distributors, Inc. Buffalo (PDI)
Regional’s acquisition of Paper Distributors, Inc. (PDI) in 2019 strategically and significantly expanded the company’s portfolio allowing AAK D to become one of the leading distributors of wholesale and manufacturer ice cream and frozen yogurt products, toppings, cones, bases, mixes, and novelty desserts in Western New York and the Albany area.
